End of School

Whoa. What a difference a year makes.
Mini-me Ballerina with tongue out.

The preschool sing-a-long is a highlight of the end-of-school season.

Talie struggled with school in the fall. And every now and then all year long. But her teachers are so kind and loving and she eventually settled in. She will be with Geralyn and Mable 4 afternoons next year.

Elliott researched bees for her 2nd grade science fair project.

This knucklehead didn't want to go to "fun day." (Rolls eyes)

BEES?

So several weeks ago, Elliott came home and told us that the class had convinced their teacher to not give them homework for a whole week. She said that they were working on persuasive essays and that everyone signed a petition and successfully persuaded the teacher to not assign homework. She neglected to mention that SHE was the author of the essay and that SHE was the one who had her whole class sign the petition. HA!!!

I love thank you notes.
