Elliott wore her Scout costume FIVE times this week and every time I tried to get a shot of them together. It almost worked. They both hated their costumes this day. Aaaaalmost ... Dogs all around! Trick or treating ... we didn't actually knock on any doors but we went for a walk ... Elliott discovered the candy bucket: Uncle Brother holds a baby!
The businesses of Brighton Center gave out candy this afternoon -- it was MOBBED. Elliott saw a lot of dogs ("woof woof") and Carter got his picture taken by strangers (he's that cute).
My VAL-uable show dogs. I'll try to get a better picture this weekend. We had lunch with my old co-workers and got our photo taken at the photo booth. Then Elliott climbed the stairs of the Grand Lobby in the Wang Theatre about 14 times. She took a VERY long nap this afternoon.
A little over a year ago, Heather and I met in a 1st time mom group -- now we have toddlers?!? If anyone out there is a new or soon-to-be mom, I'd HIGHLY recommend joining a Great Beginnings Group at Isis Parenting or a similar group. We had such a fantastic experience -- we are so sad that our friends are slowly moving away ... E and Maddie were daycare buddies last winter and having Heather right across the street this year has been great.
Jason's grandmother turned 70 and was (almost) surprised by a big party Grandma, Gramps and all 7 "kids": Grandma, Gramps, 13 of the 15 grandkids and both great-grandkids: Dancing with Daddy: Not a big fan of Uncle Zach ... hee hee
Elliott went on an adventure to Drumlin Farm this weekend with the Flahuvans. Then she saw them on Sunday and AGAIN on Monday. She likes animals, cheering on runners and playing with iPhones. She LOVES the Flahuvans.
