Marathon Monday

Some people are inspired and motivated by the marathon. I'm more realistic: it took me 2 weeks to run 26.2 miles. I might have a 5K in me but I don't have a marathon. I kid ... No I don't. I couldn't ever run a marathon. But I am impressed by those who can.

Elliott and I headed down to Beacon street to watch the excitement with some friends -- she slept for a lot of it. Then we got stuck on the wrong side of the race and (twist my arm) had to hang out in the park for 2 hours before we could sneak across -- luckily it was a GORGEOUS day.

The Massaro boys were more interested in the iPhone than athleticism.



The girls hit D&D and left Mike with all the strollers. He wasn't phased a bit.

Met up with some high school friends to celebrate Jeff's birthday. He had some help/competition with the candles:

Locks of Love

My cousin hasn't cut his hair for more than 15 years. This weekend, his wife convinced him to donate a 24 inch ponytail to Locks of Love. It was quite an event:
