Now that my mom has a new job and isn't home to help with bedtime routine (oh how I've been spoiled!), I am on my own with these two monkeys a lot. Sometimes though, everybody is home and it is all hands on deck ...

Happiest Baby on the Block
I HAVE to figure out how to do iMovie -- we have a GREAT video of Natalie laughing in the bath tonight. She's the happiest baby ever.
Blizzard of 2013
We got 31 inches of snow but we had power, a snowblower, margaritas, and hot chocolate. That, my friends, is a recipe for the best weekend ever.

Wii
She hasn't quite figured out how to play anything yet, but we set up the Wii. It's pretty funny to watch her try to play.
Little Swimmer
Elliott has always loved water. This summer and last, she threw herself into Walden Pond without hesitation, she has no problem pouring water all over her head in the bath -- so when she was clingy and panicky in swimming lessons, we were perplexed. We tried a Saturday class with Jas and a Thursday class with me -- no luck. She HATED the pool and would cry the whole time. So we took some time off. A few weeks ago, we tried the pool again. It took three weeks of open swim with Jas but now she SWIMS. She slowly got more comfortable in the water (with the bubble) and now she'll jump into the water and swim with her head underwater. She loves it. There is more than 2 feet of snow on the ground right now but both of them are hoping with YMCA is open tomorrow so they can go swimming!

Ballet!
Elliott's ballet class is so freaking cute. They all just LOVE it and stomp around like tiny elephants in matching pink uniforms. This week was "peek week" where the parents were invited to watch the class. SO. FREAKING. CUTE.
