Punalau Falls

We headed out on the Road to Hana today to see some waterfalls. The parking lot at Twin Falls looked really full so we headed on to see some new and different ones (we went to Twin Falls on vacation last year). Taking advice from this website, we had three in mind: we missed the first and the second was fenced off and had brandy-dandy new no trespassing signs so we ended up at Punalau Falls. It was a great little (slippery) hike up that was well worth the near wipe outs. The swimming spot was gorgeous. I don't think we'd take Scout on this one again because she had some trouble with the hike (she's just not tall enough for some of the rocks), but we'd definitely go back there.
