Nor'easter

We had a Nor'easter this weekend and were without power (and heat) for several days.  We packed up some stuff (and Scout) and headed to the Nickerson's house for an extended sleepover party (thank you again for your hospitality, Nickerson family).  Every time we get in the car, Elliott asks if we are going back to Julia's house.  NSTAR came and took down the giant tree that was tangled in our power lines and Jas got the pilot light on our heat lit (manly MAN!) so we are back in business at home. I cleaned out the fridge for the second time this fall -- I am going stop shopping at Costco if this keeps up. 

 

Elliott was fascinated by the dog door.  I think she used it more than Scout did.
