That's some of the best sign graffiti ever. Way better than those clever kids who change the speed limit signs in residential areas from 30 mpg to 80 mph...
Geez, even the graffiti in Hawaii is cool and relaxed! Imagine what would be done to that sign in Boston...

They used to sell the clear hula-hoop decals during String Cheese Incident concerts. Great jam band and good guys too. Nice to see they are even popping up in Hawaii!
